Victor Meldrew from "One Foot in the Grave"
Victor’s eyes, nose and jowls are made up of stars in Ursa Major — the Great Bear.
The rest of his face is formed by constellations Coma Berenices (Berenice’s Hair), Canes Venatici (the Hunting Dogs), Draco (the Dragon), Boötes (the Herdsman) and Ursa Minor (the Little Bear).
